Schlage ND96 Series Grade 1 Vandlgard Storeroom Cylindrical Lock

The ND-Series is Schlage's premier Grade 1 commercial cylindrical lock — built for high-abuse interior and exterior openings in schools, hospitals, multifamily buildings, and commercial properties.

Function: Vandlgard Storeroom. Door always locked from outside; key retracts the latch. The outside lever rotates freely without releasing the latch — preventing forced entry attempts from damaging the lock. Inside lever always free for egress.

This configuration is the Less Cylinder variant with Electric Unlock (Fail Secure) mechanism.

Electric Unlock / Fail Secure: Remains locked when power is removed. Use for asset-protection doors that must stay locked in a power failure.
